EverSafe Chimney Repair is seeking independent trade partners (1099) to perform on-site evaluations, chimney maintenance, and structural repairs in the Toledo, OH & Surrounding Northwest Ohio / Southeast Michigan Areas.
HOW IT WORKS:
We handle 100% of the customer acquisition, sales, itemized proposals, and payment collection. You simply show up, conduct field evaluations, execute the physical scope of work, and collect a fixed, pre-agreed payout per job.
NO CHIMNEY CERTIFICATION? WE WILL INVEST IN YOU:
If you have solid trade mechanics, proper safety tools, and active insurance, WE CAN ASSIST YOU IN OBTAINING YOUR CSIA OR NFI CHIMNEY CERTIFICATION to help expand your skill set and earning potential.
WE ARE SEEKING CRAFTSPEOPLE IN THESE DISCIPLINES:
- Masonry / Bricklaying: Tuckpointing, crown rebuilds/coatings, firebox repairs, structural brick/stone work.
- Roofing & Flashing: Roof pitch safety, counter-flashing, cap/chase cover installs, leak mitigation.
- HVAC & Venting: Flue liner drops, drafting evaluations, gas insert connections.
- Skilled Exterior Handymen: Comfortable with tall ladder setups, power tools, home repair, and smartphone reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- On-Site Field Evaluations: Conduct brief property evaluations and submit a required 4-photo field report (using our simple smartphone link) before leaving the property.
- Project Execution: Complete assigned chimney sweeps, stainless steel lining, tuckpointing, crown rebuilds, and cap/flashing installs.
- Workmanship & Safety: Deliver clean, professional workmanship adhering to basic trade and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Status: Must operate as a registered business / 1099 Independent Contractor (W-9 required).
- Insurance: Active General Liability Insurance ($1M+) & Workers' Comp (or state-approved exemption).
- Gear: Reliable work truck or van, tall ladders, safety harnesses, and standard trade hand/power tools.
- Communication: Prompt response times when accepting job dispatches and reliable attendance.
COMPENSATION & PAYOUT:
- Flat-Rate / Per-Job Payout: Every job has a clear, fixed payout before you accept it ($250 - $1,000+ per job depending on scope).
- Fast Payouts: No waiting 60-90 days for client checks we pay promptly upon job completion and photo sign-off.
