Responsibilities
Scoop and serve ice cream to customers accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area and equipment
Provide friendly and attentive customer service
Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Follow all safety and food handling standards
Assist customers with product selection and questions
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in retail or food service
Completion of Food Handler Essentials Course
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale systems
