Positions Available:

• Public Attendant Janitor lead

The Janitorial Lead supervises and supports the janitorial team, ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained. The Lead assigns daily tasks, monitors staff performance, checks cleaning standards, manages supplies, and helps resolve issues quickly.
Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate janitorial staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor work areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing or operational needs.
• Help maintain a professional and positive work environment.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $18ph. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Requirements:

• Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Should have at least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to do heavy lifting.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
