What You'll Do
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
Jump into every position-cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room-no task is too small
Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
Someone who leads by doing-not just directing
Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and comfort using POS systems
