Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Supervisor Renova of Brunswick 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our property in top-notch shape. This is a working supervisor position, so in addition to completing work orders and preventive maintenance, you will help oversee the other maintenance tech, order supplies, and coordinate vendors. You will also share an on-call rotation with the maintenance technician. Renova of Brunswick has 260 apartment homes and a swimming pool, all conveniently located on one property. Essential Job Functions: Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required. Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities. Prepare vacant units for new residents. Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Order supplies and coordinate with vendors. Qualifications/Requirements: 2-3 years of maintenance experience. Knowledge of general maintenance tasks. Good communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays. Must have own hand tools. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
