Temporary Mailroom Associate

Responsibilities This position is responsible for ensuring that all incoming packages to the Corporate Office are delivered timely and accurately to the addressee. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Process FedEx packages and learn all aspects of FedEx machines Learn and process certified mail Learn mail machine to add postage as needed Maintain accurate records and files of daily activities Process store mail outs as necessary Back up other areas of the Mega Center as required Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Must possess a valid Driver's license Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Forklift certified/trainable Must possess a valid Driver's license. Pay Range $18.00 per hour
