- Hours: 6 am to 7:30 pm and 8 am - 9:30 pm (13 hours guaranteed with .5 hour unpaid lunch break, including some weekend shifts.)
- Call: No Call
- Cases: No Blocks, NO OB, No Hearts; cases vary consistent with level 1 trauma center. General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology.
- # cases/day: 3-5
- Practice Model: Medically Directed
- Credentialing: 60 days
- Staff: 11 CRNA on staff
- OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular
