  • $250,000 guaranteed salary
  • $30,000 Signing Bonus
  • wRVU production bonus model

  • 30 bed community hospital
  • No Call: Enjoy a great quality of life
  • 4-Day Work Week and terrific work/life balance
  • Dedicated, caring and tenured staff matched to you
  • You can do inpatient, EM, scopes, etc. but not required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Outpatient Family Medicine

  • Board Certification not required but ideal
  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Quality and Patient Care Focused
  • Work well in Teams

COMMUNITY Outpatient Family Medicine

  • Nice safe community; cost of living 20% below national average
  • One of the best towns to live in Arkansas; strong sense of community, conservative and great quality of life
  • 1.5 hours to Little Rock or Fort Smith
  • 1800 Sq. Ft. home on golf course; $325,000 range
