Practice Setting:

Traditional Family Medicine practice with both outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities.

• Patient Volume: patients per shift (clinic sees up to /day)
• Rounding: Assigned patients
• Admissions Required: Yes
• Beds in Department: 0 3
• Call Type: In-house call
• Call Ratio: 1:15
• Callback Rate: 5%
• Admissions per Shift: 0 3
• Documentation System / EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level / Designation: Level II Stroke-Certified Facility

Support Staff:

• 1 RN
• 1 MA
• 1 Office Staff
• No APP supervision required

Patient Population:

• Newborn through geriatric
• (Inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage required)

Locum is Required to Have Experience With:

• General outpatient care
• General inpatient care
• Pediatric and newborn coverage
• Newborn resuscitation
• Well-woman care
• Prenatal care and obstetrics (including vaginal deliveries and C-sections)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required)
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC (Required)
• Must be comfortable practicing traditional Family Medicine
