Client Details Our client is a long standing Chicago builder that has grown into a $300M+ general contractor by prioritizing strong relationships and focusing on work they can execute at a high level. They are strategic in the projects they pursue, maintain loyal repeat clients, and operate with well structured, collaborative project teams. The company is financially solid and well established, with annual revenue nearing $400M and a strong reputation throughout the Chicago market. All of their work is local to Chicago and nearby communities. Their typical projects range from $60M to $80M, with an intentional push toward larger $100M+ opportunities. They benefit from deep repeat client partnerships and maintain a steady, reliable backlog. Description Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion Report directly into the Director & President of Construction Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement Deliver projects ranging from 20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline Profile 10+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
