Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: Open Full-Time

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Mechanical Project Manager:

. Project management experience leading mechanical engineering projects from start to finish

. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure

. Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design

. Excellent communication and client coordination skills

. Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and profitability

Requirements of the Mechanical Project Manager:

• B.S. in engineering or equivalent with a PE license.
• At least five years of experience in consulting engineering working on a wide range of projects. Previous experience as a project manager and professional registration (PE) in some or all of the states covered by the office preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Other Key Requirements:
