Maintenance Technician

-Position: Maintenance Technician -Company: Industrial Manufacturing Company -Location: Charlotte, NC -Responsibilities: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the Charlotte area! The skilled Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility machinery to support efficient operations. This role is responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing and replacing components on motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and other industrial equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting equipment issues, and assisting with basic electrical repairs as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. -Requirements: -Minimum 5+ years maintenance experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. -Experience troubleshooting and repairing components for industrial equipment including motors, conveyors, drives, bearings, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems using lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other machine shop tools. -Must have experience with automated machinery. -Must have exposure to troubleshooting controls. -Experience with up to 480v required. -Experience with CMMS software required.
