Office Manager Construction

Locally owned and respected construction sub-contractor has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being an integral part of a collaborative and hardworking team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Full charge bookkeeping


• Process certified, multi-state, and prevailing wage payroll


• Billing, invoicing, and job costing


• Manage HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee handbook updates, and related duties


• Order entry and support the Sales and Scheduling teams with installation orders


• Prepare and file multi-state sales tax


• Provide administrative support to leadership and other departments as needed


• Assist with special projects and additional office responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience:

• 510+ years of experience in a similar Office Manager role


• Construction industry experience preferred


• QuickBooks experience required


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment


• Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor


• Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Full Time:

• Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM


• Flexibility available

Compensation:

• $70,000 $80,000+ DOE
