Shift: Day, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Standard 8-hour shift)
Schedule: Flexible coverage split between Alma and Alpena (approx. 3-hour drive)

Practice Overview:
Join one of the largest 100% physician-owned radiology practices in the U.S., with 175 radiologists, 40 advanced practice providers, and 175+ administrative staff. Services cover 60+ sites across Michigan. Alma (107-bed teaching hospital) and Alpena (139-bed hospital on Lake Huron).

Responsibilities Alpena:

  • Interventional procedures: IR drain placements, lumbar punctures, FL arthrograms, GI FL, paras, thoras, CT/US-guided biopsies

  • Breast procedures: Stereotactic and US-guided biopsies, screening, diagnostics

Responsibilities Alma:

  • Breast imaging focus: Screening, diagnostics, US/stereotactic biopsies, pre-surgical lesion localizations

  • US procedures: Thyroid nodule, lymph node, soft tissue biopsies, occasional cholecystostomy tubes

  • CT-guided procedures: Lung, solid organ, soft tissue biopsies, abscess catheter, PICC placements

  • Occasional joint injections, HSGs, pain management procedures

Requirements:

  • ABR or AOBR certified

  • Experience in IR procedures; breast procedures preferred

  • Clean malpractice record & excellent references

  • Michigan license or COMPACT license required

  • Ability to cover both sites in one week (typical schedule: M W Alma, Th F Alpena)
