Nephrology Physician

Schedule:

• Initially 1 2 days per week, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Patient volume is expected to grow as specialty services expand.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Nephrology.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Experience in outpatient nephrology and chronic disease management.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, and electrolyte disorders.
• Review high or abnormal GFR lab results and develop appropriate treatment and monitoring plans.
• Collaborate with primary care providers on preventive kidney care and comorbidity management.
• Provide education on renal diet, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
