We are currently seeking an Electronic Assembler. Creating automation systems for ships around the world.
You can grow from this position with training to a field repair technician to support the systems you assemble and a much higher pay if you choose to do so.
Responsibilities:
- Install and test electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Wire connectors, plugs and switches
- Make wire harnesses
- Crimp and lug wire ends.
- Point to point wiring with in enclosures and consoles
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
