Project Manager - Construction

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager in Kansas City, MO. The right person for this role will be able to oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and highquality delivery. This role leads field operations, manages project teams, maintains strong client relationships, and drives effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience


• 5-10 years of progressive experience


• Mission Critical/Data Center experience


• Regular travel to job sites is required

Salary: $120-150k
