-August 10 - 14
-October 5 - October 9
-October 26 - November 6
-November 23 - 25
-November 30 - December 4
-December 21 -23
-December 25 - January 1 (and ongoing)


Details/Requirements:
-Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm
-Night and weekend call is 1 in 3
-All CRNA Practice
-Case Mix: Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General, Peds (1 year and up)
-Need logs for epidurals and blocks
-EPIC EMR
-ACLS, PALS
-Active Montana license
