ICU RN Director - New Mexico

We are seeking an experienced ICU Director (RN) to lead a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. This role oversees patient care, staff development, budgets, and quality initiatives while fostering a culture of professional growth and evidence-based practice. The ICU treats a variety of complex conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardio-pulmonary disease, and DKA, with plans to expand cardiac services.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state

• Associate s degree in Nursing (Bachelor s or higher preferred)

• ICU clinical experience required

• Previous leadership experience required

• BLS, ACLS, and Handle With Care certifications
