Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

State Licensure: PA - Required
(Will accept candidates who are not licensed in PA but are willing to apply)

Start Date: ASAP after credentialing
Privileging Process:
90-120 days

Duration: Ongoing long term

Schedule & Weekly Hours:
Monday Friday, 8S and 10s only

On-call/Callback: No call

Travel/Lodging:
Prefers to do mileage and lodging but will do flights and rental cars if needed for full-time candidates

Types of Cases/Procedures:
Allentown:

• 85% Ortho with podiatry, eyes, GYN, pain, GI, ENT, plastics
• Occasional peds (ages 8+)
• Regionals and nerve blocks are optional but preferred skills

Bethlehem:

• General, neuro, ortho, plastics, GI, pain, ENT, uro, pain
