_Degryse Electric, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our dynamic team and contribute to a wide range of commercial electrical projects. From Office T.I.s to Retail, Restaurants to Medical facilities, our projects demand precision, professionalism, and a deep understanding of electrical systems. This role requires hands-on expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on code compliance and safety._

_ Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: _
_ Installation & Maintenance : Execute electrical installations including panels, switch gears, outlets, lighting systems, and power for mechanical equipment from rough-in to finish._
_ Code Compliance : Apply the National Electric Code in all phases of construction and ensure all work meets regulatory standards._
_ Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to guide installations._
_ Safety Protocols : Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment._
_ Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair electrical issues efficiently and accurately._
_ Team Collaboration : Work closely with foremen, apprentices, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution._
_ Client Interaction : Maintain professionalism in all client communications and job site conduct._
_ Documentation : Complete work logs, service reports, and other required paperwork accurately and on time._
_ The Ideal Candidate Should Possess: _
_ Experience : Minimum 6+ years of commercial electrical experience; Journeyman-level proficiency required._
_ Technical Skills : Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols._
_ Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently._
_ Communication : Clear and professional communication with clients and team members._
_ Adaptability : Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and responding to emergencies._
_ Driver's License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record._
