As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to accept jobs that fit your schedule while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Complete residential and commercial cleaning appointments. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas. Follow each property's customized cleaning checklist. Arrive on time and maintain professional communication. Report any issues or damages immediately. Submit before and after photos when requested. Ensure every cleaning meets company quality standards. Requirements Reliable transportation. Smartphone with texting capability. Ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
