Physical/Occupational Therapist

Essentia Health seeks a licensed Physical/Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based rehabilitation services across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, developing and progressing individualized treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives.
