Required Skills:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to develop, implement, and adjust personalized care plans

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising PT assistants, aides, or students
• Knowledge of DME procurement and use of assistive devices
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience working in skilled nursing or LTC facilities is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and supplies as per regulatory standards
• Willingness to adhere to professional ethics, APTA standards, and state practice acts
• Willingness to participate in facility meetings, trainings, and conferences
