Requirements:
  • Valid and active Physical Therapy State license.
  • CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).
  • Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Design and implement customized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
  • Use hands-on techniques for mobility enhancement and pain relief.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities and provide guidance on assistive devices.
  • Educate patients and families and document patient progress accurately.
