  • Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
  • 14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia
  • Medically directed model
  • Supervision ratio- 1:4, 1:3 or 1:2 depending on complexity of cases
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: PA license, BC, ACLS, BLS
  • Credentialing: 90-120 days
