Schedule: Full-time coverage needed (5 days/week)
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Call:

• Weekend call: 24-hour call
• Some weekday call, shared with employed providers
• Call is minimal (RN questions, same-day chemo patients, rare ED consults)

Patient Volume:

• 17 patients per day
• New patients: 1 hour
• Follow-ups: 20 minutes

Support & Facility:

• 1 Medical Assistant, multiple RNs
• EMR: Mosaiq
• 18-bed chemotherapy suite
• Dedicated pharmacists for chemo education
• Located with radiation oncology
• COC-accredited cancer center
• Weekly tumor boards
• Clinical trials available (Phase II & III)

Requirements:

• Any State license, or willingness to obtain a NM license, is accepted
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• ACLS/BLS - Required
