Job Responsibilities

• 4 Days Per Week
• Tuesday Thursdays 8-5 and Fridays 8-2
• 8 Patients per Day Average
• 2 Doctor Office
• No Weekends
• No Late Nights
• No Major Holidays

Job Requirements

• Active Indiana License
• Must Be Comfortable Working Either as a Sole Provider or in an Office with Other Providers
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Quality of Care is Focus
• 1+ Years of Experience Preferred
• AEGD Graduates Are Welcome
• Molar Endo is Ideal, Not Required
• Ability to Place Implants Is Ideal, Not Required
