s; (g) DeltaV and/or Honeywell and/or ABB DCS; and (h) NEC, NFPA, PSM, MSHA, IEC 61131/61508, and ISA codes and standards; (4) Demonstrably excellent ability to: (a) communicate, including technical writing, daily reporting, presentations, etc.; (b) express an independent opinion, be resilient to change, and recognize impact of decisions on others; (c) troubleshoot; and (d) follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job under minimal supervision; (5) Demonstrable ability to: (a) be the lead over a group of highly qualified professionals engaged in complex engineering or technology applications; (b) understand mineral processing and oil and gas processes; (c) understand material flow balances and energy balances; (d) write PLC/DCS logic and HMI/DCS configuration; and (e) identify defects and deficiencies with purpose of providing remediation (Punch list management); and (6) Demonstrated commitment to safety.
