Maintenance Mechanic

Description: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on high-speed processing and packaging equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems to minimize downtime. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document work orders using SAP-PM/CMMS. Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings for equipment maintenance. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability. Operate forklifts, man lifts, ladders, and other maintenance equipment safely. Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO, NFPA, and other safety and quality standards while supporting Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support equipment reliability and production efficiency.
