Patient Care: 36 hours per week
Administrative Time: 4 hours per week
Patient Volume: Average of patients per day
Minimum of 8 9 patients per 4-hour block
General dentistry, bread-and-butter procedures
Treat patients of all ages, approximately 50 percent pediatric and 50 percent adult
Extractions required
EMR: EPIC
Active California dental license
DEA and BLS required
Board certified or board eligible
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Comfortable working in a rural health setting
Estimated timeframe: 3 4 weeks
Three professional references from the past two years required
Client conducts background check and NPDB query
Must be up to date on all immunizations
COVID vaccination no longer required
Providers not fully immunized must wear a mask during clinic hours
Name clear and provider presentation submitted
Review by Medical Director and Site Director
Zoom interview followed by offer
