Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to become part of a rapidly expanding manufacturing team serving critical power infrastructure projects. The role will play a key part in optimizing production processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading lean manufacturing initiatives in a custom fabrication setting. Description Develop and improve manufacturing processes and workflows Support fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing operations Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and work instructions Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support manufacturing and production needs Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges Assist with process optimization and implementation of best practices across the facility Profile Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or related engineering role Background in sheet metal manufacturing environments Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Sponsorship is not provided Job Offer Competitive base salary of $75,000-$95,000 Discretionary bonus opportunities Health and benefits package PTO and vacation program Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding $300M manufacturing organization Career growth within a company that has experienced significant expansion over the past several years Collaborative, family-owned culture with long-term growth opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
