- Outpatient Cardiology Evaluations
- Stress Test Supervision
- Nuclear Stress Test Interpretation (Preferred)
- Cardiac Imaging Review
- Hospital Cardiology Consults
• Office Equipment: Standard Cardiology Clinic Equipment
• Trauma Level: Adult Level III/IV Trauma Facility
• EMR: Epic

Provider will float between two facilities

- Hospital Consult Service: Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY

Requirements:

• BC
• Active NY
• Epic Experience
• AHA or RQI Certifications Required
• 5+ Years Experience Preferred
• Comfortable Working in a Solo Practice Environment
