The GM is responsible for the successful operation of our hotel in a culture of outstanding service. The GM is expected to meet or exceed objectives for revenue and profit, guest satisfaction, and quality standards. The GM will supervise all areas of the hotel in a culture of superior service and product. The GM will lead a team by example for optimum performance and guest satisfaction. A successful candidate MUST have at least one year, preferably longer, of hotel management experience.
