  • Flexibility + Fast Ramp-Up : Whether you just love General Ortho or are focused on Hand, Foot & Ankle, Spine, or Joints - we have a strong need and the patient volume to support your success.
Work-Life Balance & Support:
  • Clinic + OR Balance : 2-2.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic.
  • Efficient Workflows : Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency.
  • Call Support: Just 3-4 call shifts/month + 1 weekend every 2-3 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls. $1,600 per night
