Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Package: Starting at $35.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
  • Additional Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment

What You ll Do
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for orthopedic cases, focusing on upper extremity conditions
  • Use manual therapy techniques and adapt treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Float between inpatient and home health settings as required
  • Document patient progress using Meditech charting system
  • Promote patient education and recovery

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
  • Active Kansas state license in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience
  • Orthopedic and manual therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt and float to different care settings
