Radiology - Interventional Physician

Position: Interventional Radiology Coverage Gettysburg, PA

Schedule:

• 2 weeks/month, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Onsite only, no call

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based (76 beds)
• Imaging department with procedure areas and assigned workstations
• Support staff: Nurses, Techs, RRA
• EMR: Epic

Patient Volume & Population:

• 6 10 procedures/day
• Neonates through geriatrics

Procedures & Skills:

• Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Line placement/removal
• Biopsies, Abscess drainage, Lumbar punctures, Myelograms
• Strong preference for ability to read diagnostic studies

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
• PA medical license, DEA required
• Epic charting experience
• IR fellowship preferred (or equivalent experience)

Rate & Credentialing:

• Credentialing 120 days (expedited via SBAR)
• Orientation hours billable
