Salary: $30-$45/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with some weekends and on-call responsibilities
Location: Wentzville, MO (Onsite)

About the Role
Support equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement efforts at a customer manufacturing facility while serving as the primary onsite technical resource.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor equipment performance and reliability to maximize uptime and operational efficiency
Collect operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Perform vibration analysis, thermal analysis, and condition monitoring activities
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability
Ensure preventative maintenance activities are completed and properly documented
Coordinate and oversee subcontractor maintenance and service activities
Manage critical spare parts inventory and equipment availability
Work closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and contractors to support operations
Support PLC, SCADA, HMI, instrumentation, motor control, and electrical distribution systems
Assist with equipment upgrades, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
Provide technical support during equipment failures, shutdowns, and emergency situations
Qualifications
5-8+ years of maintenance, reliability, controls, electrical, or industrial manufacturing experience
Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, instrumentation, drives, alarms, and motor control systems
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with low-voltage electrical distribution systems (480V and below)
Experience performing root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and contractors
Valid driver's license required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
Journeyman-level maintenance or electrical experience preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Experience in automotive manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
Experience with burners, fans, pressure transmitters, and process instrumentation preferred
