Hours: Mon-Thurs 10hr days with start time being 4:30am or 5am
Description:
Safety operate CNC equipment and complete secondary tasks such as broaching, drilling and deburring after the job has been explained by qualified personnel. Be able to complete part inspections per instructions and frequencies given. The ideal candidate Would have knowledge to complete these inspections using gauges such as, but not limited to a tape measure, micrometer, caliper, plug gauge thread gauge, ring gauge, dial bore gauge, height gauge, optical comparator and profilometer. Ideally the candidate would be able to make the necessary offsets, or tool changes to keep the parts within the job inspection specifications.
As well as: Be able to build and tear down tooling for a CNC setup. Set up CNC equipment and secondary equipment independently from a furnished procedure sheet. This includes but is not limited to loading tools into the machine, touching off tools, sweeping holes, squaring up fixtures and vises. xibtplm Being able to read, understand and revise EIA programs.
