Job Opportunity: Director of Operations - Full Service Restaurant Brand
Location: Richmond, VA
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our expanding full-service restaurant brand with scratch kitchen operations. This senior role will oversee the Virginia market and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 2-3 locations initially, expanding to 5-6 units. AUV $5M
Ensure exemplary leadership and strong financial performance.
Drive team development and maintain high standards of operations.
Report directly to the President of the company.
Qualifications:
Background in casual or premium-casual themed restaurant management.
Currently in a multi-unit role.
Proven track record of job stability, tenure, and progression.
Strong leadership skills in the full-service restaurant segment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary in the low $100Ks with incentives totaling approximately $150K.
Full benefits package including generous PTO/vacation.
Business expenses covered.
