Residential Youth Worker

Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K through 12th grade, is seeking a compassionate Residential Youth Worker to join our Community & Social Services team. In this role, you will support students’ daily living, social-emotional growth, and academic engagement in a structured home-like setting. Responsibilities include mentoring youth, supervising activities, modeling positive behavior, and collaborating with educational and residential staff.
