Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their team. Responsibilities: PO validation (making sure all info is correct on the PO received for order entry) Sales Order creation (entering the order into Oracle) Run MTO (Made to Order) Requirements: 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce). Experience in manufacturing or B2B order processing environment is a plus.
