What you'll do:

• Meet in person with business owners and professionals
• Present insurance and employee benefit solutions
• Walk clients through the enrollment process and handle ongoing account management
• Control your own daily calendar of appointments and follow-ups
• Take part in daily coaching, strategy meetings, and leadership development

• Previous warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers
