- Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
- Reconcile customer accounts and aging balances
- Investigate short pays, overpayments, and deduction issues
- Support collections and customer account maintenance
- Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to resolve payment issues
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications experience
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify payment trends and discrepancies
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
