Client in Indiana is looking for an Outpatient Locum to Perm Hematology/Oncology to start on March 2026!

Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
Reason for Coverage: New service line
Dates of Coverage: March 2026 - March 2027
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %?: Hematology 50%; Oncology 50% - 0% IM
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 30 average
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 0
Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: With an IN license 60 days; without IN license 90 days
Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Required Procedures:
Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters
Bone Marrow Biopsy

Required Duties:
Participation on a Tumor Board
Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants
Orders Tests
Blood Bank
Orders Images
Prescribes

Board Certification (provider must have AMBS/AOA board certification in one, and competency in the other demonstrated) - REQUIRED
Active IN State License - REQUIRED
100% Clean Background, License, and Malpractice - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
