Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter

We're looking for a driven, competitive person who likes clear goals and enjoys beating them. You'll work alongside our recruiting team on light industrial and manufacturing accounts, learning the staffing business from the ground up. If you've done well in sales, customer service, or any job where your numbers were tracked, this is a path into recruiting with real growth.

What you'll do:

• Call and follow up with applicants, schedule interviews, and keep candidates moving
• Conduct phone screens and interviews as you build your skills
• Hit weekly targets for candidate conversations, interviews, and starts
• Complete new hire onboarding and keep records accurate in our system
• Support on-site check-ins, orientations, and first-day starts at client locations
• Make attendance and follow-up calls to associates on assignment

What we're looking for:

• Experience in sales, customer service, staffing, retail or restaurant leadership, or any role where you were measured on results
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by tracking your own numbers
• Comfortable on the phone all day and talking with all kinds of people
• Organized and able to handle many moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Able to have direct, respectful conversations about attendance and expectations
• Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
• Recruiting experience is a plus but not required
