Our client, a dynamic, diversified real estate company, that is growing tremendously, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational aspects for mixed use residential and commercial properties. Experience with these types of properties is highly preferred. This position will act as the on-site manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including supervising, leasing, & maintenance personnel. The position will be a key person involved in the development & execution of the planned growth & expansion of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination for assigned communities.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards.
• Oversee the successful performance of the properties
• Oversee all marketing & leasing activities
• Main point of contact for all tenants
• Supervise all property staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of property or community association management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, AppFolio, Buildium).
