A leading health system is looking for General Urology Locum Physician located in Peoria, IL with Board Certified in Urology.

• Trauma Level :Trauma Level II
  
• EMR: EPIC
  
• Number of Beds: 329

Schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, NO call required and no nights or weekends. Clinic schedule only without call. Can work two weeks on and two weeks off or a variation to average 20 hours per week annually.

Requirements:

• BC in Urology, MD or DO
  
• IL License Active Required
  
• BLS Certification - Required
  
• Availability per request - Required
  
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates Highly Preferred

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
  
• BLS
  
• Board Certified

State License Requirements:

• Illinois

Additional License Requirements:

• State of Illinois, DEA, Controlled substance
