  • Trauma Level: 4

Requirements

  • Board Certified
    • Board Certified in Family Practice; preferred
  • Licensed in AK or IMLC
  • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, DEA
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
  • Rural health experience preferred
