OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Virginia Clinic + Call July - December With Potential For Ongoing Coverage Assignment

July: 20, 24-26
September: 4-6, 24, 28
October: 5, 12, 16-18, 22, 26
November: 2, 9, 20-23, 27, 30
December: 7, 17, 21, 25-27, 29, 31
Ongoing availability needed; additional dates in progress

Shift Description
Non-call days: clinic only
8:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1-hour lunch
Call days: clinic + 24-hour call (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
Clinic hours on call days: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (shortened for hospital rounding)
Approximately 20 patients scheduled per day

Requirements
Board Certified
Must be licensed in Virginia
ABOG, BLS, CSR, DEA
Skills/procedures: C-section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding
MFM will handle most high-risk patients

Assignment Details
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, 3 to 4 nurses each shift
Number of Physicians in practice: 4
Total number of beds: 9 in L&D and 20 postpartum
Temporary privileges available with clean malpractice/background
